We went out to the Depot Grille for Dillon's 13th Birthday (he loves a southern meal). I let the kids play on the train tracks because I didn't think trains still came through there (apparently I was wrong, thanks babe for telling me after I did that). I told them to strike a GQ pose...

Any Excuse for a Photo Shoot

So I'll take pretty much any excuse for a photo shoot with my favorite photographer, Lindsey Walters - Miscellaneous Media. She has done engagement pictures, wedding photos and now 1 year anniversary pictures for us!


Lindsey was more than willing to once again tromp around a farm with us to capture some fun shots because I cannot stand the typical "portrait" photos people have done... just not for me.

Evidence - here is our bag of shoes and accessories for the shoot. Yep. That's not even any clothes.

As always, Lindsey did absolutely amazing --- and even made me look great despite a ton of sweat and a missing hairbrush... Andy always feel comfortable around her & it makes getting relaxed & happy photos a breeze!
