Lately, some of my facebook friends have used the words "Martha Stewart" in reference to me & the photos I've uploaded... I'll take that compliment any day! {as long as it doesn't involve jail time}
After my
pumpkin haul last week I decided it was time to get down to business and start decorating. Usually I
carve pumpkins every year but thanks to some Pinterest inspiration (
here and
here), I decided to go a different route... SPRAY PAINT!
Andy bought this Halloween Boxer Statue for me last year! |
Chalkboard Pumpkin (spray paint) & Metallic Pumpkins (current beach countdown!) |
I'm not sure which I love more, the metallic or the polka dot! |
I couldn't find black vinyl numbers so I used thumbtacks. |
Place round stickers on pumpkins, press firmly, spray paint black, allow to dry & remove stickers! |
And here's my handsome assistant! Actually he was an airplane painter prior to his current career, so he was actually telling me what to do... |
I'm loving our fall decor outside our entryway! In full disclosure, the pumpkins with black flat spray paint have begun to soften, metallic gold still look great.
