Two Weeks of a New Year

So we're two weeks into the new year. What's been going on?

• I've been at my new job for two weeks now... but I do miss working from home a couple days a week. 
• Alright, don't judge... please: my Christmas tree is still up... yep, I'm serious. I'm awful. But I planned to take it down two weeks ago, then I got deathly ill. Then I started my new job and well I had more important ways to spend my time {like watching Everybody Loves Raymond w/ Andy}. We were supposed to take it down last night {Andy stopped watering it so it wouldn't make a big watery mess on our floors} but then Andy decided to have a last minute campfire and forgot about the tree.
• Last Minute Campfire: yep, only our parents and Andy's best friend were crazy enough to join us for a campfire on a freezing January Thursday night... yep. we're crazy. Well actually it was Andy's idea and I just went with it. 
• I love that Andy is following his dreams... but I hate the schedule. 

If I get my tree down by Sunday evening, it'll be an accomplishment. I'm sorry Martha Stewart... I'm sure you are reading my blog right now {HA} and cringing...
