April 15th is the deadline...

No, I don't mean the tax deadline, but yes that too. April 15th @ 3pm is our closing on our first house!! This weekend we browsed a furniture store and lowes -- and realized it's almost time that we stop browsing and actually start buying!! Yes, we're excited.

Some of the first priorities:
- Buy a GRILL - we plan to fully enjoy the deck
- Add a second set of steps to previously mentioned deck and stain it
- Install underground dog fence (the reason we also need the second set of steps on the deck, our dogs our expensive!)
- PAINT!
- Buy and Install New Sink
- Purchase Water Softner and have it Installed

The list goes on and on.. but those are some early priorites...  oh yeah and PACK move and UNPACK (for the second time this year!). 

Hoping to paint the backs of these steps & add a design or "Faith, Hope, Love"

The mudroom, that I must figure out how to make cute & functionable!
