So Andy & I had our Home Inspection for the house this past Saturday. We spent almost 3 hours with the wonderful Home Inspector (Bill Stevenson) going over the house and learning all about it. We are now in negotiations as to what needs to be fixed/replaced... again the fact that the seller is not in the country it makes it a little harder, but we are trying to work through it all!
